I am so freakin' tired and sore today. I even got a 15-minute chair massage today and I still feel ridiculously wound-up-tight. Aaaaugh. And of course there's a wedding consultation tonight, after the 6:00 appointment I already had! Ugh.

Took me over half an hour to fall asleep last night, because I couldn't get my stupid brain to shut up and let me relax.

Just have to get through today, and then I have nothing to do tomorrow night. Or at least, nothing that I *have* to do. Which is nice.

I definitely cannot continue at this pace and keep my sanity. Must slow down, and soon.

*hugs* Don't run yourself ragged, hun. I'm not even sure what all is going on in your life at the moment, but being sick and stressed out and insomniac is bullshit... take it from me. ;P

Heh, it's mainly just meetings and emails and workworkwork... stressful, certainly, but at least it's fairly cut-and-dry, and not the emotional rollercoaster of a few weeks ago :) And I have tonight free, thank jeebus.

The very hardest thing I've had to learn is to not overfill my plate (says the mom with a full time job, volunteers as a treasurer for her 4000+ member union and is about to go back to college). Err, I may still be working on it.

Heh, you and me both. "Work Less, Live More," is my ultimate goal for 2010... apparently, I'm not off to the greatest start on the "work less" bit. ;)
