Yep, we're dorks
Dec. 10th, 2009 09:42 pm(side note: I'd picked the soon-to-be-mentioned curtains to go with our other set of couches, but then Boy and Andy rearranged everything in the living and dining rooms, so the curtains are no longer coordinated with the furniture)
Boy: "I got these rugs from my folks, they might be ugly, but they're free."
Me: *unrolls one partway* "Looks like this one has these colored stripes going across it... actually, it's strangely matchy and makes the curtains go together with the furniture!"
Boy: "Cool, then we'll use this one. But of course, now you have to say it."
Me: "Uh? I don't know what you--"
Boy: "Lebowski...!"
Me: "...that rug really ties the room together, man!"
