Dinner with The Doctor

So you know that Doctor Who Night idea I floated around many months ago? Well, Boy and I *finally* went out and got the connector we need to hook the laptop up to the TV, so now I can pull down the episodes from Netflix for your viewing pleasure.
My thought as of now is: potluck dinner, drinks if we want them, and kicking back with several episodes of Doctor Who. I'm thinking it would be a once-a-month kind of thing.
What say you? And what nights of the week are good? Weekends would be great, of course, but I know those tend to get filled up, so I'm open to other options.
