OH NOES ZOMBIES

Well, Zombie Prom didn't turn out to be the rollicking god time I'd hoped for. Long story, and I really don't want to go into it right now. :p I did a pretty nice job on the makeup, for a n00b, and I'd had a really nice afternoon prior to that. (and Lippman Co. friggin' rocks. I have NEVER had customer service that awesome!)

THIS, however, was really fun: my friend who makes awesome corsets--and who also made my awesome new wushu silks--requested that I pay her back for the silks with a pre-Zombie-Prom photoshoot at Lone Pine (?) Cemetery:




Also, Boy's IT consulting gig finally paid him this week, so he gave me my belated birthday present on Friday: a sewing machine! Lord knows if I'll have time for much fun sewing projects between now and Fall, but I can at least alter my existing clothes. And I've officially declared a sewing room here in the house. Muahaha. :D

Awww... okay, I know you don't want to go into it right now, but *HUGS*! Sorry to hear it wasn't as fun as you had hoped.

Thank you for the message the other day! *hugs tight* Sorry that I've been pretty well incommunicado. Are you free at all this coming week? I think I have tomorrow night free, then time before or after Tai Chi and yoga Tues/Thurs (if I actually go this week) or free on Friday. Did you ever go to karaoke the other week? :}

Yeah, it was still fun-ish, I just had some bummer stuff happen prior to heading over there. ::hugs!::

I'm pretty free this Wednesday and Friday! :D I don't have my usual wushu classes this Friday, due to the holiday. I could possibly do something on Thursday after I get done at the shrink, too.

Oh, and I can still fit you in for the speed shoot if you want; I have a bit of a gap in the schedule, because one girl couldn't shoot earlier than 3pm. :)

It was good to see you, too, even if only for a few minutes! :) Some bummer things transpired right before I headed over to Zombie Prom, so I took off kind of early because I wasn't really in a superfun party mood. :/
