Eating Well: I made an awesome dinner that I'm ridiculously proud of: a veggie pizza with a chickpea base and a homemade crust. <3 I may have a hard time with this for the next week or so, because my month's budget is drained, and I can't buy additional food until next Friday... hopefully I can get creative enough to keep things from being a complete disaster.

Keeping Active: I did Level 1 of 30-Day Shred in the morning, and then got out my negative workday energy by doing Level 2 after I got home. Level 2 was HARD, and I had to switch to the the "beginner" modifications partway through some of the exercises, because I couldn't keep up. Even then, it was still tough.

Emotional Health: I noticed that I was feeling antsy and frustrated about my efforts to keep healthy, especially after being so slammed at The Job yesterday. But, instead of grumping around, I simply did something about it, and felt better. Direct action FTW!

Other: Made it through the workday, which already felt like an achievement! Got a photo processed, too.
