Eating Well: I did great today. Even with a minimal-effort dinner, I still included tons of vegetable goodness. I'm trying to be mindful that I not only avoid overeating, but undereating, as well. Based on my BMR, I require 1600 cal/day, and that's not even factoring in the activities I do... so I must tread carefully with the calorie deficit. I only have 20 lbs. to lose, at most, so huge calorie deficits could easily mess up my metabolism, which is probably already a mess.

Keeping Active: Wushu, and holy shitballs, did it hurt. I guess all the running on Wednesday and Thursday beat me up good.

Emotional Health: After wushu, I gave myself the night off, and did nothing but eat dinner and watch The Daily Show and Colbert on Hulu. A much-needed break for my body and my brain.

Other: Got an e-mail promo done for the wushu school's summer program, and slept like a mofo!
