30DC Day 9
Apr. 8th, 2009 10:56 amEating Well - Reigned it in a bit after the Monday crapfest. I tossed some veggies and beef into the slow-cooker on Monday night, so it was ready when I got home from practice, and made the 5-a-day super-easy. :)
Keeping Active - Wushu practice, and it actually went well! I needed that, whoof.
Emotional Health - I was getting worried about competition after some frustrating practices last week, but I pulled it all together last night, so I'm feeling much better now. And, I went to sleep early! (well, if you can call 11pm, "early," anyway)
Other - Planning out the next two days, and chewing on ideas to re-work a website.
