Eating Well - Had leftovers from Monday for lunch, and a meat-free dinner. Beans for protein, w00t! I definitely need to go to the store tonight, though, because we're low on some vital components for healthy-and-yummy meals.

Keeping Active - Wushuuuuu. I think I managed to not overdo it--I tend to practice way too hard the first day back from a break--but we'll see how sore I get over the next 24 hours. ;)

Emotional Health - I didn't really do anything *specifically* today, but I did check in with myself and didn't really have anything that was troubling me. And really, wushu was more than enough. I was feeling pretty off-balance after not doing wushu all last week, so after doing class last night, all feels right with my world again. :)

Other - Knocked out the last of the batch of photos I was processing on Monday. Also, I started writing down some initial thoughts and approaches for whenever I start doing Personal Training! I'm really excited about my ideas... now I just have to figure out where the hell I'm going to find the money to get certified. ^^;
