I just ran across this. "Fashion that flatters your curves?"

Funny, that outfit makes an otherwise-lovely model look very box-like to me. :p

Just one of many things wrong with "the industry." If you're going to embrace curves, then *really* embrace them! They do no good hidden behind a refrigerator-shaped jacket!

Yeah, you saw my "how not to photograph for plus size fashion" post.
Those fridge-jackets seem to be in right now, but some skinny fashion just does *not* translate well to plus sizes. I've tried, but these look like a step away from a housecoat. Our jackets should be a little more tailored or structured.

Also not too surprised that the models are size 10. Regular sizes have that issue too - size 0 models selling to size 8/10 women. I ain't hatin', I'm just sayin'!

Heh, I don't think that fridge jacket would really work on *anyone* who's above a B-cup, plus-sized or not. I get that they want to make plussies feel like they can wear popular trends, too, but there's not much point if said trends are totally unflattering. :p

AHH! That jacket is just horrible, and when paired with that statement, everything is just totally wrong. I'm with you, if you are going to embrace curves, actually embrace them.
