[livejournal.com profile] ghost_girl reminded me that, HEY, Halloween is in like 2 months and I don't have a thing to wear!

Well, maybe I do. I have my old FFX-2 Yuna costume that I could re-wear, but I modified the top the first time around because it was too small, so I'd need to sew the zipper back onto it because it's now too big. Thing is, I have no sewing machine. Booooo.

I have my Game of Death jumpsuit from last year, but everyone thought it was a friggin' Kill Bill outfit, and I also don't have the sassy Bruce Lee-ish haircut anymore. So, maybe I could get a blond wig and a samurai sword and embrace the more popular cultural reference.

OR, because I want to do something new and because I love martial-arts-y characters, I am also seriously considering this. I am equal parts excited and terrified by the prospect of trying to pull that off.

Other ideas?

I think you'd have a hard time going wrong with either kill bill or chun li.

(i would have recognized the Bruce Lee outfit...)
