It's funny because it's true

batskeetsMy internet wanderings just led me to the following quote, which is kind of making me love YouTube right now: "...the fact that she likes Final Fantasy, combined with the fact that she's a white girl, leads me to believe that she writes a lot of slash fanfiction. Who *couldn't* love this girl?"
Maybe it's only funny to me because I somewhat fit the profile--I'm half-white, like Final Fantasy, and have *read* a lot of slash fanfiction--but, baahahaha! XD
The all-day shoot went well yesterday. Getting up at 7:30a on a Sunday was decidedly Not Fun, and being short on sleep also sucked. There were also a couple of surprise visitors that I could've lived without, because man, I hate being interrupted when I'm mid-stride on a task, especially by a client who's kind of a pushy, blustery douchebag.
BUT! The makeup rocked, the hair rocked, and we rocked. I made good choices with casting everybody, and we're going to have some good stuff to add to our portfolio. Now there's just editing, and that's going to be tough... mostly because there are too many good ones to pick from. :)
Of course, between the lack of sleep and all the wushu I did on Saturday (2 hours of practicing, plus the demo), my stupid body has been achy as hell since yesterday. I guess I've been burning it at both ends a bit, so I'll have to take it easy for the next few days.
