When other people are tired and want to relax, they watch a movie, or read a book. I, apparently, make dorky LJ icons. XD You can blame rodshark for his Bender-referencing Dalek icon... which caused me to Google for Daleks, and find a ridiculously silly image of a chick getting all snuggly with a Dalek and make my own Bender reference. ;p

And, in my defense, I did spend a good hour or two plowing through yet more of Atlas Shrugged. So, hey, books are good, too. :)

Monday	Red Curry with Vegetables Extras: serve with brown rice
Tuesday	Southwestern Cheese Panini Extras: serve with sweet potato oven fries
Wednesday	Quinoa & Smoked Tofu Salad Extras: side of veggies
Thursday	Spinach Calzone with Blue Cheese Extras: top with tomato
Friday	Zucchini Rice Casserole
Saturday	Beer Cheese Soup Extras: serve with bread, veggies
Sunday	Tofu and String Beans Teriyaki Extras: make teriyaki sauce @ home; maybe use chicken or other veggies.

Oooh, it's always good to hear more positive reviews. Ben really liked it, too, and he almost never reads fiction, so I figured I had to give it a go. I'm only probably 1/3rd of the way through, but I'm digging it.

It was my site you nabbed the dalek pic from. Nice :) I used to work with the guy with his face pressed up against the glass - that image was on his business card. Lost touch with him years ago, but I'm sure he'd be happy to know it came in useful.
