batskeetsWe got a call from Amy yesterday afternoon: she was experimenting with sushi, and wanted to know if we'd come over and sample! But this was no ordinary sushi...
It's hard to tell from the photo, but this was DESSERT SUSHI. She'd had the idea for it a while back, and she decided to try it out yesterday, so we got to be her guinea pigs. Instead of raw fish, there were all kinds of goodies inside. (fruit, brownies, nuts, etc.) It probably sounds a bit crazy, but it was actually very tasty.
Also, I picked up some of these Flat Earth Crisps today (in Peach-Mango-something-or-other) because I'd heard somewhere that they were pretty good. I'm not sure what Ben thought of them, because they're a bit unusual, but I liked them quite a bit.
For non-food-related adventures, today I did this! I'm still working out a few kinks, but it's on its merry way. :D
And, I've been working at things for much longer than I meant to, so I'm off.
