Apparently, marijuana smokers have goals, too: French police thwart joint-rolling world record attempt! ::rotfl::

So, my temporary roommate has a cat, and I've heard its name before (Pandora), but I actually forgot it for a good while, because I've taken to calling her StalkerKitty. This is because she did this kind of hilarious thing while I was moving my stuff into my new room: she'd follow me around furtively as I carried things in and out, but if I ever turned around, or looked at her, or tried to pet her, she'd run the hell away. Heh.

I lifted and did a shorter run yesterday, and holy crap, I am *sore*. Also, the banana remedy is not as magical as I first though, because I cramped up pretty badly yesterday. I'm trying to keep with eating one a day... maybe that's not enough, I'm not sure. I'm still debating whether or not I'm going to run tonight. I have moving-related things to take care of, so maybe it's a good day for a break anyway.

I think I'd like a nap. Or maybe a coffee. Dutch Bros. is supposed to be doing a $1 drink special today...

You could always take a potassium supplement. Sometimes it's a calcium deficency that causes cramping as well. I recommend oyster-shell calcium.

I thought about doing the supplement thing, but I've heard quite often that the body absorbs nutrients that come from natural sources better than from supplements. Still might try it, though.

The calcium thing could be a possibility, but we all know I'm kind of a cheese/dairy junkie, so you'd think I'd get enough of that, heh. :)
