I need to scrape together some cash, and I have nice clothes that I can't wear for various reasons, sooo... buy my crap!

It's nice stuff that's been worn *very* few times (usually only once or twice), ranging from very nice interview-worthy wear to more casual and/or edgy stuff, and these things deserve at least a couple more trips around the block. If you know me, then you know that these come from a smoke-free home and are very clean. :)

Take a look, and comment if you're interested in anything, and feel free to haggle on the prices. If any of my local homeys want to try stuff on before buying, that's cool, too. If it doesn't get sold here, then it's going to Craigslist or eBay.

Gray Suit #1 - Size 16. Slick gray suit with cool texture to the fabric, includes jacket and pants. Worn maybe twice, for a couple hours each time, to job interviews. $40 Or Best Offer

Gray Suit #2 - Size 16. Another dark gray suit with an interesting wavy weave in the fabric, includes jacket and pants. Worn maybe twice, for a couple hours each time, to job interviews. $40 OBO SOLD

Button-Down Shirt - Size M. A nice button-down, 3/4-sleeve shirt in a salmon-y color. I have never worn this, and the only reason I have it is because I was a doofus and grabbed the wrong size, and then Gizmo ate the tags such that I couldn't return it. $10 OBO SOLD

Lilac Dress - Size 18. Pretty dress with empire waist and long ankle-length skirt. Worn only once, and is in totally pristine condition. Very cute and flattering cut for any body type! $30 OBO

Lip Service Bustier - Size XL. Lip Service bustier top from the Hollywood Geisha line! Gorgeous asian brocade with PVC trim details. Lace-up opening in the back, with additional lace detailing on the front. Hot stuff! $25 OBO

U of Oregon Windbreaker Jacket - Size S. Don't be fooled by the size tag, I wore this when I could still wear my size 16 suits, so it's still pretty roomy. Only worn a few times to competition, it's in perfect condition! The only way you'd know another person owned this is because my name is written very small on the inside tag. $20 OBO

Pinstripe Suit Set - Size 16. This suit has *three* pieces: jacket, pants, and vest, so you can mix and match. Only worn a few times for job interviews, it's one of my favorite suits, and I'm sad that it doesn't fit anymore. $30 OBO

Pleather Pants - Size 14. Black pleather pants, form-fitting and pretty darned hotsauce. The fly laces up! As usual, only worn a few times, and still in good shape. (also works great for costumes) $20 OBO

Red Dress - Size 16. Red dress with several translucent layers over an opaque liner, with satiny flower pattern woven in. Comes to mid-calf length, and only worn twice, great if you need to look nice without being overdressed. $15 OBO SOLD

Beaded Sleeveless Top - Size XL. Cream-colored sleeveless knit tank top with subtle bead and sequin details down the front. Very comfy and great for summer, only worn a few times. $15 OBO

Beaded Sleeveless Top #2 - Size XL. Sleeveless knit top with sequin and stitch work on the front in a cute flower pattern. I don't think I actually wore this aside from just trying it on, so it's about as new as it gets! :) $15 OBO SOLD

I realize that I'm slightly on crack for taking pictures and posting this kind of stuff at 1:30-ish in the morning, but you know how I work :)

Dang those are some nice clothes

oooooh, i like. those are *nice*. might even fit me. only problem is that i'd have to try 'em on just to make sure since i honestly have no clue what size i am right now (i know i'm between a 14 and an 18 depending on the brand of clothing). might it be possible to do a try-on? if so, i'd be happy to make you an offer.

ooooooops

This is kind of a guess, but I got a shirt of similar weight from someone on [livejournal.com profile] lippy_addicts in the mail a couple months ago, and it cost something like $4 to ship it Priority Mail... so about that much, I'm thinking?

any of the suits, the red dress, and possibly the beaded tops. tell me what times work for you in the next few days. :)

Cool beans, when do you think you can get it? (I know you're overseas, so if you send payment I can just hold it for you)

My only word of caution is that you may have to hem the pants; they were almost too long on me, and you're shorter than I am :)

Hey, how does today sound, instead? (Monday) I can come to your place if you want; I have to be on campus for wushu this evening, so I'll be in the area anyway. :)

I might be interested in a suit, but I'd need to try on as well, which is a bit tougher from up here in p-town...

That's cool; if there are any left after [livejournal.com profile] mathnerd and [livejournal.com profile] junsiew get what they want, I'll let you know, and we can go from there :)

which of the 3 do you think would fit me the best? I forgot about the height difference, doh!

Well, if you want to hem the pants, I think the pinstripe one would be easiest to alter, because there's no liner. It also has a bit of stretch to the material, while the other ones don't.

Wanna PayPal me and I can hold it for you? batskeets@yahoo.com
