batskeetsSo in spite of the fact that I started at least an hour later than I intended to, didn't have a chance to post very many signs around town, and didn't even have any big items to sell, the moving sale went along swimmingly. I suspect this is because I picked the Best Day Ever to do a moving sale!
See, I was set up across the street from the track on a very sunny day... which also happened to be the same day as the Prefontaine Classic. LOL! This meant *lots* of foot traffic. Yes, I'm a lucky bastard. :)
In sum, I made $93 in under 6 hours, and I now have fewer things to move to the new apartment. W00t!
I do, however, have a pretty gnarly sunburn on my back from sitting outside all day. With any luck, my Asian genes will kick in, and it'll fade into a nice tan. :)
