New icon! New icon! :D I made it for the guild message board on a whim last night, and then gasp! It just happened to be the perfect size for LJ. Aww. Ph33r the cuteness.
Death does have pink hair, you know. Sure, it's hard to see, what with the big, black, hooded robe and all, but it's THERE. Yeah, prove me wrong. I dare you. ;p
I've been seeing ads like these all over the danged place lately, and they kind of crack me up, because each of them involves some kind of gratuitous cleavage shot. Of course, such an advertisement wouldn't be any sort of novelty, if it weren't for the fact that these are being used to promote a fairly wholesome-looking, eHarmony-esque dating site. Jeez, talk about conveying the wrong message. Yes, my dear people, Dive Into Love! And by "love," we mean "boobies."
In other news, Bill Nye will be back on the tee-vee! Hooray! The show sounds like it might be good, so I hope it does well.
Now, something less cheerful: no t-shirt making happened last night, because when I wanted to print out the necessary shirt patterns and stencils, my printer decided to start being a jerkface! ::kick:: It currently refuses to print anything. I re-installed drivers and swapped cables and all that stuff, but I guess the computer seems to have trouble recognizing the device. James took a crack at it while I was at the gym, too, but no dice. Sigh. Maybe I'll have better luck if I just plug it into Alphonse.
Speaking of Alphonse, he's coming along nicely. The only thing I really have left to worry about is installing the OS, and loading up all the other necessary software. Oh, and figuring out if I have a spare network card or not. I thought I had several, but I'm not sure which of my little miscellaneous parts boxes I left them in. We certainly can't have a good World of Warcraft bonanza unless everyone has network cards! ;_;
Oh, this Apple tea blend I mentioned yesterday? SO GOOD. It brings a tear to my eye.
And, I'm off.
