Sign #287 that you are a dork: while you're at the gym doing core exercises, you notice that your abs seem stronger than before, and that the core exercises are getting a bit easier than they used to be. Then, this realization immediately brings to mind the Strong Bad E-mail in which he talks about accentuating his abs by getting a tan. Except, I don't want any ladies to be all-up-ons. Does having killer abs automatically attract ladies? Because, ew. Maybe I should re-think this exercising thing. ::rotfl::

Bummer: I TiVoed the local news yesterday, and it doesn't look like the segment on the wushu team was aired! Granted, I kind of skimmed through the recording of the 6:30 news on fast-forward, but it sure didn't look like there was anything about us on that broadcast. And, I actually sat and *watched* the 11:00 news, and it *definitely* wasn't there. It should have been on both broadcasts, and Phil doesn't seem to know what happened or why, as of yet, so I guess we're just filing it under Great Mysteries for the moment. ;p

It's Wednesday already?! Yet More Training today. Crazy-and-possibly-unrealistic Training Goal: gain ability to do that thing where you kind of kick up to your feet from a position where you are lying down on your back. Can I get it by April 2nd? No frickin' idea. But I'll give it a go.

It's looking like I may bop on up to Portland on Friday evening. Don't have much else planned, yet, but that's cool by me.
