Forgot to mention this earlier: I learned on Saturday afternoon that my cell phone had somehow FROZEN. By that, I mean Frozen like when your operating system locks up. It wasn't responding to my pressing the buttons, and the display was stuck on 5:09pm when it was 3:30 in the afternoon. I have no idea how long it was locked up like that, either, because I didn't go anywhere from Wednesday evening through Saturday afternoon, and the phone didn't ring at all, so I didn't think to check on it.

Anyway, I had a buttload of missed calls, so if you were one of those trying to get in touch with me during that time period, I apologize on behalf of my stupid phone. ^^; I had to take the faceplate off of my phone, pull out the battery, and re-insert it before the phone would start working again. But yes, it is working now, and I am keeping my eye on it, in case of any additional squirrely behavior.

In other news, the sun is shining! Stupid day star making me miss its presence. It's cold outside, y'all.

Oh, wait, it's stopped now. Figures. ;p

I've been watching Fullmetal Alchemist on Adult Swim since they started airing it a couple weeks ago--I'm definitely pleased that it made it to TV mere months after I stopped being able to get it via BitTorrent! It's definitely not filled with happy-sappy mahou shoujo themes, but I find that I like the darker themes it's using. Also, Alphonse is totally my favorite, thus far. His youth and sensitivity is endearing, and, well, a kid's voice in a big suit of armor is just too amusing. :)

Anyhoo, I'm off for now.

I've been enjoying FMA myself, and got most of the episodes on BT, too, though I've since lost them. I'm all about the Edward, myself. I love the way he overreacts when people say that he is short.

I only managed to get eps. 1-4 before I came back and found that it was licensed. D'oh! I still have those four, though.

I'm a fan of Edward, too; I actually like both the leads quite a bit. Al just seems to resonate with me a bit more, for some reason.

I *heart* FMA. I'm not the biggest shoujo fan (ahem, shounen-ai is more my style, cause I'm a big fangirl), and I'm thrilled that there's something besides Inuyasha to watch on Adult Swim.
