polysciguy gets back and I haven't stopped by yet, give me a jingle on my cell, and I will hurry on over! I'm going lifting after work. :)
Apparently, the universe is not conspiring entirely against me: Remember the belt I bought yesterday that promptly broke less than 6 hours after I bought it? Well, I took it back to the store last night to see about getting an exchange. Not only did I get a replacement belt for free, but they had also done mark-downs since I'd been in on Wednesday afternoon... SO, I got a fully-functional replacement *and* a refund for the difference in price after the mark-down! Me = TEH WINNAR.
Overhearing other people's conversations can get a little weird--there were a couple of devs talking in another part of the room earlier, but I had my headphones on at the time, so I couldn't really hear what they were saying. So I basically heard, "::assorted chatter:: SLASH ::mumblemumble:: SLASH SLASH..." So of course, I immediately thought to myself, "Slash? WHERE??" and my head perked up, and it was kind of sad. XD
T-minus 45 minutes until THE WEEKEND. :O This weekend will rock, for certain. Well, except for the part where I work, in the interest of having a long and work-free Thanksgiving weekend.
