I managed to hurt myself at practice yesterday. AGAIN. And it's the same damned injury that I had in the spring!! GRRRR. That ticks me off hugely. I did bust out some pretty excellent tornado kicks before that, though, so it wasn't all bad. I'm not throwing 720s in my sleep or anything, but it was enough improved that I noticed the difference, and that Phil actually commented on it.
The Thriller night is coming along interestingly--it sounds like we may be making a zombiefied appearance at 80's Night this week, so if you're into 80's Night, you should definitely show up.
Tonight I go lifting with
junsiew again! (note: if any of my darlings at The Manor are interested in lifting, I'm always open to expand the lifting posse) Lower body workout is pretty much out of the question, but we can work our arms. Crap! I have to remember to call my trainer, too. I want my last two sessions, by jooky.
I'm noticing that a lot of my non-work, non-sleep time is going to physical activity. That's cool and everything, because improving my health is always a good endeavor, but at the same time, it's probably really boring for y'all to read about. Mrrr!
