Anyone else interested in going to this? It's on this coming Saturday: "Japanese American Obon and Taiko Drumming Festival features Japanese dancing, taiko drumming, crafts, children's activities, food and more, 5 to 9 pm, Alton Baker Park. FREE." (quoted from Eugene Weekly) Drop a comment if you are, because I might feel like stopping by there, post-RPG. (whoops, it was last weekend. duh. ;p)

Also: GEORGE THOROGOOD AT THE LANE COUNTY FAIR. You know you want in! I'll blather more about this later.

Is anyone else getting e-mail notifications for LJ comments made over a month ago? Because I got a few notifications today for comments that were made on July 2nd. ::kick:: (after catching up on my Friends List, apparently other folks *are* suffering the same fate... WTF?)

In other news, it seems that all of a sudden, now that I've landed a full-on job, everyone and their mom has been coming out of the woodwork over the past few days, offering me freelance gigs. Bwaaaa! Talk about Feast Or Famine, people! I may have to be very choosy, to ensure that my head doesn't explode from stress. Must think of a good way to prioritize.

T-minus 3 shifts until I am finished with the office job! Boo-yah, or something.

Time to go cobble together some dinner.
