Just got done with QAF, and I'm relatively happy. But there are only 3 episodes left in the season! Seems like it's getting shorter and shorter every year. :(

So, Spycraft was good yesterday--lovely angsty story elements, and my kill count was muchly inflated. They keep saying that my turn to be beaten with the Story Angst Stick is coming soon, so I'm on my toes, certainly...

The game was followed by a big dinner production... and the boys were in the kitchen while the girls got to sit and watch TV! ::laughs:: Of course, that also meant a giant mess exploding in the kitchen after I had just cleaned it up. YAY ;p But it was still a tasty meal that actually kept me full for a while.

Yes, I am still ravenously hungry. It's getting really irritating. :p James suggests that it might be due to my having started weight training. I've only been doing it for a week and a half on alternating days, so it seems awfully early to me, but I suppose it's possible. ::shrug:: I meet with my trainer person at 24-Hour tomorrow afternoon, though, so maybe I can get further insight on why my stomach seems like it's on the verge of eating itself.

Anyhoo, I'm going to go do something mindless in an attempt to wring the last few drops of relaxation from my weekend before I go to work in 4 hours. ;p

Kitchen messes rock... especially when they are the result of good food.

weight training can definatly make you really hungery! You body is suddenly having to deal with constant repairs (the point of training is to break down and build up the muscle) and that takes a lot of energy. The best advice I ever got was to start working out/weight training first, and worry about restricting food a month or two later, otherwise you are dealing with an increased energy demand, and a hugery tummy. Eat, just eat decent food. I saw your later post too, if you were diabetic, you would have other signs besides being hungery and having to pee(esp. if hunger can be explained by increased exercise, exercise always makes me really hungery too).
