batskeetsToday was fun and relaxing--I met up with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
junsiew and addiew in the afternoon, and we went to Tasty Thai to have a chat over some lovely Thai food. I'm *still* full from all the pineapple curry I ate, but it was very good. :) And fried bananas with coconut ice cream! :D After that, there was a spot of movie watching and knitting/crocheting, and it was kind of a timewarp, because we were doing these things in the good old Walton basement.
The recent doses of Fun Stuff have been good, though--I'm feeling probably 80% better emotionally, and I'll definitely be more productive. I'll be 100% after I catch up with a few other people.
I just finished off my job application for Tacoma Community College--I just need to fill in some references when I get home, and mail it off tomorrow. That job sounds a lot like my old position at Journalism, so hopefully they'll call me. I also will probably have an interview set up for Thursday or Friday through the temp agency, so I'm all over that. I just want something good to happen. I could use some luck. :p
Anyhoo, I'm here at the job, and it's looking to be a quiet night, so far. It's still early, though, so I probably shouldn't have said that. ::rotfl:: I just learned that I might also be working *every night* during Spring Break! That could be brutal, because DDS can take a lot out of a person, sometimes. But it'd also be a hell of a lot more money.
I think I'm off for now. Maybe to do some online job apps. Huzzah!
