batskeets: (yan!)

So, I'm going to be working on an article highlighting young women in science. It's particularly going to be targeted at ladies in the teen and twentysomething age groups, and I know at least some of the ladies watching this journal are A) in this age group, and B) great big nerds like I am, so if you can help, that'd be fabulous! <3

I'm looking for any of the following:
1) females who are currently employed in technology and hard sciences
2) college girls majoring in these areas (yes, math majors also count)
3) high school girls who strongly intend to pursue further study and a career in science.

If you fit into any of these categories, and are willing to submit to an e-mail interview (or an in-person interview, if you're local), leave a comment here with your preferred e-mail address. I'll contact you with questions and/or any other necessary information at a later date.

Additionally, if any of you have willing female friends who fit into any of the above categories, you can point them towards me, as well.

Thaaaaaank you!

You should try to get a hold of [livejournal.com profile] bookid. She sounds like she would fit the bill, or know people that would. Just thought I'd say something since I've heard she hasn't been checking LJ much lately.
