Oy, recap time.

I didn't wind up getting much done on Friday night--I heard from a friend I haven't talked to in a while, and then my mom called, so those two things ate up the two or so hours after I got back from Wu. I did get some cleaning done, at least, and a bit of knitting before I fell asleep. Oh, and I made some tasty fajitas for dinner.

Spycraft was fun, although there wasn't as high a kill count as I had hoped. Maybe it's just because I was unexpectedly effective in the first couple adventures, and they've since compensated for that. ^^; We also didn't get through the entire adventure, so I think there will be more fiery death when we wrap it up next time.

I also made a *ton* of progress on my scarf during the game--idle hands tend drive me crazy, as of late. I'd probably have a finished scarf by now, if I hadn't run out of yarn, but as it is, I only have half a scarf. I'll have to go out and pick up another skein tomorrow so I can finish it.

Work was a bit busier than usual, but it wasn't too bad. We got good tips again, so that's a happy thing. :D Before I went to work, I made my uber pasta sauce of doom, and my *stars*, it was exactly what my tum was craving.

Today, we were supposed to go see Master and Commander, but after working late last night and having something to eat when I got home, we were too damned tired to drag ourselves out for a Noon show. x_x So, I'm going to write like a madman for Nano and try to get caught up. If I write 6000 or so words today, I can crack 20000! ::rotfl:: Oh, and I must do some laundry. And there's a new Naruto episode calling my name, too.

Tomorrow, I have to pick up a few materials, so I can construct a wee container to fit around the Sonar Range Finder for our Basic Stamp, and maybe some super-awesome tip cups for the DDS vans, because I had an idea for them the other day. (why, NO, this doesn't have anything to my recent artsy-craftsy urges, why do you ask?) Oh, and there's the whole class thing. And JSO, and Wu. And probably something else I'm forgetting.

And I'm off like a dirty shirt! ::poof::

Hmm. I'm not sure if telling you my number would make you more inspired to write more(like it does my other friend) or just depress you. Thus, I will say nothing.

Though if it makes you feel better I'd bet you a dollar whatever you're writing is a lot more coherent!

Eh, it's my own fault--I did nothing on Friday because I was in such a craptastic mood, and I only had time to write ~300 yesterday, between Spycraft and work. ^^; Oh, the slacky-good times.

But congrats on your (probably astronomically high) word count :)
