I found this page amusing: Molecules with Silly or Unusual names! :D

The Japanese oral was actually kind of easy. We practiced the phone call format for like 3 days of class last week, and it didn't sink in hardly at all, but then I looked at my notes for maybe 15 minutes over lunch today, and suddenly just absorbed the format all at once. Victory is mine!

I put out 1000 words' worth of Nano in a little over an hour during my break today, so making 2000-2500 by the end of the night shouldn't be too bad. I still went and played 3 rounds of DDR when I should have been writing, though, because I AM WEAK. ::rotfl::

I don't want to be working right now! I want to go to sleep! ;_;

I find myself wondering sometimes: would I be more socially successful if I had taken up smoking? It seems like a lot of people bond over cigarettes, and this was really true among the people in my residence hall freshman year. Not that I'd ever take up smoking for that reason, because bleh. Don't I have enough respiratory problems already? ;p

Smoking is DAME! Trust someone who tries to stop. Anyway, when you decide to stop you wouldn't hang out with most of your smoking friends cause they would be busy smoking. I am cutting down a lot now.

The smoking people at my dorms were always the coolest, always so relaxed and never gossiped. They were also off campus the most.

I thought about doing the same thing just to bond/get an excuse to go outside.
