batskeetsIt's time for another Good Idea, Bad Idea.
Good Idea: actually writing the non-awkward chapter that comes after the awkward chapter of your Nano novel, so that you actually break past a 2000 word total for the day. (YAY!)
Bad Idea: forgetting that you have to do some B.S. oral report on an artist you don't particularly care about until 2am the night before it's due.
...yep, I'm officially retarded. But seriously, would I have put any extra effort into this oral report thing if I *hadn't* been working on Nano? I mean, there's freelancing, knitting, gaming, and any number of other distractions to help me forget about obligations that I don't like.
Oh, christ on a cracker, I think I have a Japanese oral tomorrow, too. It's harakiri time. AAAAAHHHHHHHH
