Wow, my computer is disturbingly, uh, yellow now. ::rotfl:: I set out to make a new LJ layout, so I made a background with one of pyrobaby's Travel Smap scans, but then I realized that if I stuck it on my LJ, the posts would cover up my favourite Smembers. :p So I used it as normal wallpaper, and of *course* I have to change my StyleXP, WinAmp, and Trillian colours to match the yellow background of the wallpaper. God, I'm so anal-retentive about stupid things like that. ::rotfl::

I did make an LJ layout, though. I'm just not sure what userpic I'd want to go with it.

In other news, a tech from Lunar Logic is going to come by next week and give me $50 in exchange for testing their web site on two of the respective computers here in the house. Score! I also put myself into a participant pool for some paid psych experiments, so I can get some extra cash that way, too. Yeah, it's not a regular job, but right now, every little bit helps.

I'm still feeling grumpy, but I suppose that'll pass after I sleep on it. Playing around in Photoshop is mellowing me out, to an extent, but I think it's also contributing to my monster headache.

This has really been a Shit Luck week, when I think about it: I get rear-ended in my brand-new car, my plans to get money by donating plasma get derailed *twice*, I lose one of my jobs... but on the flip side, I've had some phenomenally cool things happen this week, like meeting Wil Wheaton, and my oustanding internship evaluation, and having nice times with my family. Still, the ups and downs are really screwing with my head.

Speaking of which, I should post about the Wil Wheaton encounter, but I kind of want to wait until I'm in a better state of mind. So, I guess I'm putting it off for another day.

Say, how did you edit that one override code to get the dotted border to go on the *outside* of the entry boxes? When I tried it, they only ended up on the inside and they looked ghetto and sad.
