batskeetsThe meeting was fine. Jo has been busting his hump on the new design. The template he brought in today was very much something that I probably wouldn't have come up with, which is good in some ways, and not-as-good in others. I'm kind of taking this as a sign that we should probably be more collaborative on the design, but the PHP stuff is already filling my time up pretty well. I think I'm happy being a codegeek, right now. Next week's meeting sounds like it'll be a biggie, which means I should probably find another polished and sassy outfit to wear for it. Drats.
After the meeting, I went to the ASUO, and apparently not only do I have to fill out the aforementioned paperwork, but I have to track down one of my bosses and get them to sign said paperwork before I can turn it in and have my paycheck processed. If it were Reen and Dan, I wouldn't be worried, but Katy and James just took over as the new co-directors, so they probably have a ton on their plate already... ::kicks ASUO::
I did play a game of DDR, though. Wee! And I also went to the nice, air-conditioned gym to do a bit of running and lifting, so I didn't have to wait all day for the sun to go down. I have foiled the day star once again!
The digital cable service has been hellasketch in recent weeks. Well, the cable modem has been behaving per its usual, which is fine, but the cable TV service has been crap. The tv menus reload/lose all their info at least once a day, so there's a period of ~1 hour when I have *no* idea what's on, and I really hate resorting to channel surfing. And now, the movie that's on keeps having odd pixellations and artifacts showing up in the picture. NOT COOL. Comcast is mean.
Anyhoo, I temporarily let the dollar signs take control of my brain, and now I seem to have acquired a shift tonight. This was probably not smart, since I've basically been awake since 5a, but I guess I'm stuck. ^^;
So, this means... NAP TAIMUUUUUU
