MY HAAAAIIIIRRRR

batskeetsI just did a trial run for my crazy hair bonanza! I only took one picture because a) this is the first go, and b) I am tired and cranky and look like crap today.
DISCLAIMER--In the case that my ma or my daddy are taking one of their sporadic trips through my website: NO, the hair is *NOT* permanent, so don't freak out. I'm not going to be a streaky punk-head for the rest of my life. ^^;
Anyway, here it is!
I did 2 streaks on the side that's on the right in the photo, and one streak on the other side. I trimmed them shorter afterwards, to try and layer them a bit so it blends with the rest of my head. I'm thinking I'll probably do one more on each side next time. Today's plan is to try it out, wear them to work tonight, possibly sleep on them, and see how they hold up. :)
Random thoughts re: the hair--
1) Red was *so* the right colour. Yee!
2) I suck at handling fake hair. It looked so nice in the package, and the moment I laid my hands on it, it became a tangly mess. x_x
3) I think I need to use more hair per streak--the front one on the right side seems to work the best, and the other two tend to get buried when I toss my head around too much. (I suppose most folks who do this don't have such insanely long/thick hair ^^;;;)
4) Are the little plastic band thingies showing too much? It seems like they do in person, but maybe I'm just being paranoid.
