"... and find that thing everywhere." (couldn't think of a good way to shorten that quote down to 100 chars. ;p)
Man, I wish LJ communities had a "stupid" filter. It would filter out stupid quiz results, bad English, lamer speak, and personal posts from people who never remember to switch back to their own journal before posting. :p And then I would be a happy, happy camper. That kind of crap doesn't belong in communities.
Aaaanyhoo, I's having some lunch, and chillin' at the homestead until I go to CIT at 2p. I actually got some sleep last night, b/c I was putzing around on the computer, and then I looked up and it was 10:30p. That's as opposed to the usual, where I look up and it's 3am. ::laughs:: So I hit the sack just after midnight, which was brrrrilliant!
New project: update Minijob site to make better use of stylesheets. Stylesheets are the bizzomb! And I might be able to fix the NN4 bug on Sore Loser with stylesheets, too...
I don't know what to do for the next 40 minutes. Feh.

Date: 2003-04-01 01:22 pm (UTC)Read them separately, using an LJ-style created just for the filter group, making sure that the stylesheet for it employs
img {display: none;}
doesn't take care of most crap, but sure minimizes the stupid quiz shit.
I wish there were a flag you could set on your posts for "completely useless crap" so that CUC posts would be divved class="cuc" and you could
.cuc {display: none;}
and go one step beyond html suppression or lj-cut.
Ah! Ah! I know!

.communitypost img {display: none;}
(depending on whether or not you favour IE6, I guess)
