batskeetsI do believe I kicked today's quiz in the booty. Awww yea! Well, I might have blanked on a couple kana, but I totally nailed the Large Numbers section, and I wasn't even in class when they introduced it yesterday. Yay for studying! It's so much nicer to come home and study than it is to go to work. But then, I'm rather frustrated/bored with my job lately. I wish I didn't have to do it. But I suppose it's my own fault.
There are times, though, when I miss being a disgruntled labbie, even though I'd get paid a lot less, and in spite of the fact that a lot of the staffers pissed me off or accused *ME* of slacking right before *they* hid in the corner of the lab and played goddamn Tribes all afternoon.
Eh, it's damned if you do, damned if you don't kind of situation. Work with assholes and go home feeling annoyed and shortchanged, or don't work with anyone at all, and go home feeling lonely and isolated. Thank goodness I have such a nice home life.
Wow, it's almost 5:00 already. Should I go home? Probably. I still feel like curling up in a ball and going to sleep. Stupid girlstuff.
