So I broke down and got me a lean, mean, roasted chicken sub at Subway. They're offering Pepper Jack Cheese for their sandwiches now! How the hell did I miss *that* news?? Sad, I'm just not keeping up with cheese-related developments the way I used to. (although my ma would probably consider that the best news of the month)

Anyhoo, now there's 3.75 hours of work left. Yee-haw and stuff. :p
