Feb. 23rd, 2009 12:19 pmI had to bail on wushu for Friday and Saturday, because I spent the majority of my weekend in bed, riding the Fever Rollercoaster. Because I am just that lucky. Seriously, germs? YOU FUCKING WIN, OKAY? Can you please go bother someone else now?!
I did crawl out of the house for long enough to watch the Oscars at Amy and Travis'. I was a bit annoyed by the ongoing lovefest for Slumdog Millionaire--it was good, sure, but was it really *that* good?--and Iron Man was totally robbed on visual effects. BUT, there were some well-deserved wins, and Hugh Jackman won about 1000 cool points for that opening number. SO FUNNY.
Anyhoo, it's Monday, and I'm surviving. But I kind of want a hamburger.
