Good Eats

No, this post is not about Alton Brown. But hey, any excuse to mention the guy, because he is awesome. :D

Anyhoo, I think I would like to find a really good (but inexpensive) nutritionist or dietician. I have done a lot of reading about various forms of diet and exercise, but a lot of it seems to be geared towards people who eat like crap and sit on their asses all the time. Thing is, I don't fit that description, because I eat reasonably well and work out hard, often, and consistently.

I would like to find somebody who:
A) will not just say, "eat less and exercise more!" because, yeah. Heard it. </eddie izzard>
B) has experience with nutrition for athletes
C) can design a plan specifically for me, taking into account my history, background, lifestyle, etc.
D) is not ludicrously expensive.

Thing is, I'm not sure how to find one, other than just looking it up in my health insurance provider directory, though, and that seems very shot-in-the-dark. My Google-fu is totally failing me on this, too.

Anyone have insight on this? Or perhaps even a personal recommendation for a practitioner in my area?
