Huttah! Days off are good, daddy-o.

Yes, I don't have to work the day job today, so much sleep was had. I do have to work the night shift, though, so I'm not completely free.

Today might be Portfolio Day. As in, I might work on my portfolio, because I haven't had the chance to do a decent one, yet, and it's becoming more and more important that I have some way of showcasing my work. My goal is to turn it into an AutoRun CD, so I can burn many copies, and employers can just pop them in and see everything. I doubt that I'll get it all done *today*, though, seeing as I have to work in approximately 6 hours. No rest for the weary, eh?

Right now, I will have my lunch, and install Age of Mythology, because god powers are cool. :D

Uh, that guy! With the thing! And the hair! Yeah. ^^;

Yeah, you'd think that my having an insane fascination with video games and anime would mean that I know the Final Fantasy games backwards and forwards. But I, uh, don't.

See, up until about a year ago, the newest console I had was a Sega Genesis. As in the old, OLD one that came with Altered Beast, before Sonic was even invented. :p (And don't be steppin', because the Genesis is pimp sauce in its own right, yo!) So, my only real pathway into the console gaming world was through my high school posse. And none of them really got into the FF series *at all* while I was hanging around. I think I saw one of the later games being played maybe once, when I was visiting some friends in Salem. That's about it. Heh. ^^;

So far I've gotten through all of FF1 and most of FF3, because James found the ROMs, and then basically sat me down and said "play this!" One of these days, I'll get caught up.

Uh, because somebody got bored. (That's a pretty accurate in most cases, ne? ;p)
