Check this: I just compared someone's conversational style to a series of nested If-statements that haven't been properly closed.

I AM SUCH A NERD ASDKFASLDFHALKSFHA!!! :D

I have been both slacky and productive tonight. Bitchin'.

I'm out.

Yecch, I think today is a bad allergy day or something, because I've felt craptacular all day. NOT LOVING IT.

On the flip side, I 0wnzed the Japanese final. Or at least, I got a passing grade. :D I figured out a pretty effective way to review and practice my Chapter 1 grammar points, so I remembered them much better. Oh, and the vocab flashcards helped. Damn, I'm actually getting good at this studying thing. ::laughs:: It's not a skill that you use so much when your grades are based on a number of design projects.

I'm still working on the CIT project. Yecch. But it's not due until tomorrow. Yee! I'm hoping I'll get done early-ish, so I can go to sleep.

Yar-har. I wish I was running off to some spectacular place over the break. After hearing about [livejournal.com profile] junsiew's impending trip to Disneyland, I came to the realization that I have *never* gone anywhere for Spring Break. It's kind of late to do anything about that, though, because I'm currently poor, and this is also the last Spring Break I'll actually have before getting a Real Job.™.

Well, I guess that just means I'll have to do all the cool vacations when I'm rich and powerful. BWA HA HA. :D

Okay, back to the HW.
AAAAAAHHHH HAPPATAI WAS ON JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE WHAT THE HELL AAAAAAAAGGGHHHH

I find it *so* irritating when something really cool happens on a completely lame talk show. In my not-so-humble opinion, Jimmy Kimmel is irritating as hell, and I would rather eat my own foot than watch his show. But damnit, Happatai was on American TV, and I MISSED IT! ;_; The world is cruel, I tell you.

(And yes, I'm aware that there are far more pressing issues in the world that I could be worrying myself over. However, it's hard for me to put any more energy into such thoughts, because each day it becomes more and more apparent to me that I have no real control over what the gov't bigwigs do. Because THEY AREN'T LISTENING. So I'm taking a step back and diving into frivolity. Sue me.)

Done with the CIT project, and it's not even midnight! And I also did some extra-credit steps. Go me! ^_- I have to wait until I'm back on campus tomorrow before I can install it on the 382 Intranet, though, so I'm not completely out of the woods yet.

Chrono Trigger/Cross has some of the best damned video game music ever.

Okay, I'm out.

P.S. The new LJ look is friggin' awesome, IMHO. I like the simplicity and the blue-on-blue-ness. I do wonder if the Login fields at the top shouldn't be enclosed in a coloured table cell or something, though, because they aren't as easy to spot as they were previously.
