Ugh, it's been a rough couple of days here in TV land. James' group totally screwed up the data for his Ecology report, so he had to spend an extra 6 hours or so going through and recalculating *ALL* of it to make sure he didn't get a miserable grade. So I spent pretty much the entire night keeping him full of coffee and trying to keep him calm. Right around 7am Wednesday morning, when running on 1 hour of sleep, he really started freaking out, because he had to watch the EMU lab for 3 hours, by himself. And that is a grueling task during Dead Week... so no way would he be able to finish his report before 11am. So, long story short, I called Dynee, gave her the whole story, and got her to open the lab instead. ::falls over:: I really didn't want to drop that on her, but there was no real way around it, seeing as I'd had no sleep either, and I don't even work at the lab anymore. Beh. But everything came out ok, and James is in a good mood today. :D I, however, am still pretty pooped. But that's ok!

Side Thought: we really need a better Mac LJ client. If I were cool enough, I'd write one myself, but I doubt that I have the skillz. OH WELL. :p

While sitting here, coding my little heart out, I have a sudden urge... to BAKE. :o Maybe I should make cookies. Or cake. Or something. AUGH! ::falls over:: Okay, seriously... I want to make something cool to eat today. I just don't know what yet. Sheeshy...

Doh! I thought I'd found something really neat to make for dinner, but then I saw that it had cottage cheese in it... and of course, the Philistines that eat at *my* place refer to it as "snottage cheese" so that's never gonna work. ::sigh::

I wanted to check my balance online on the Washington Mutual website, because I have to pay some bills, but nooooo, they haven't updated my balance since Nov 24. What's the point of a service like that if they can't keep it up to date? :p
