Hooray for girls

Things have been so busy lately that I totally forgot to mention: I FINALLY got the female roommate I've been wanting ever since I moved up here! And she is also not a walking cloud of depresso like the last one! :D

mycologynerd was recently looking for a new place, and said that she didn't care much about the size of the room, as long as the rent's cheap. Serafin's old room was open, so I was all, "well if it's small and cheap you want, have I got a place for YOU!" I had my doubts that anyone else would want the room, honestly, but I figured I'd chance it anyway... and, fortunately, she took it.

Seriously. With all my stomping around and moaning about how I Hate Chicks And Their Drama, living in a house full of dudes has actually made me appreciate female companionship a lot more than I used to. Also, mycologynerd seems chill and drama-free, and those are the kind of chicks I like. Hooray for girls who aren't crazy!

Yesterday was a good day. Burned off some of Sunday's tater tots with an ass-kicking DVD workout, and had a good dinner. Tried to watch a movie but we started it too late and I dozed off halfway through. Jeez, I feel like an old man sometimes.

If anyone's up for fun in the next week or so, let me know. I'm likely going over to marykae's at some point on Saturday, and might be doing lunch/brunch with virgoqueen7 at some point over the weekend... this is all *way* overdue. I need to stop being lame and working/staying home all the time, because I miss you guys. ;_;

I've been doing Jillian Michaels stuff: 30-Day Shred and I recently got No More Trouble Zones. It seriously kicks your ass!

actually I am pretty crazy.... but I never cause household drama.

I love the room all the windows make it super peaceful to read in. In fact I never feel the urge to leave my room, that might be a problem ha!

It *is* awesome! I did it for 30 days and totally noticed a difference. All you need is some small dumbbells and a mat if you want one.
