30DC Day 5

Eating Well: I had a negligible amount of chicken in my soup for lunch, and made three-bean chili for dinner. So, low on meat and got my 5-a-day.

Keeping Active: Did wushu and then dancing. That may have been too much, because I'm way pooped this morning, but it was fun. :)

Emotional Health: Dancing seems to always be a good mood boost, and so is seeing friends. :)

Other: Planning my weekend, mostly, since Friday was busy and today will be, too. Everything's covered!
