So I had a bit of acid reflux yesterday before my WiiFit session... it didn't seem like a big deal, so I went ahead and did WiiFit anyway. After that, I ate some Thai food that Serafin brought home from work, which I puked up about 90 minutes later. Then I spent the rest of the evening huddled under blankets with a fever. :/
Normally, I'm *really* not very susceptible to stomach problems--usually, when I get sick, my stomach is the *only* thing that works properly--so I'm rather boggled by this. I just ate some oatmeal with a bit of soy protein mixed in, and I feel vaguely queasy already, so I hope I can keep it down. Bleeehhhhh.
On the up side, my smashed foot feels better than yesterday, and my mood is better, thanks to a good counseling appointment. I'm particularly looking forward to the latter, because I'm sure my health would be better if I wasn't such an anxious little stressmonkey all the time. It'll be good to finally dig into this stuff and do something about it. :)
