Apparently, that guy from Americal Idol who calls everyone "dawg" is publishing a DIET book. WTF? A dude who underwent gastric bypass surgery to lose weight has no business writing a diet book. Why do the trees have to die for this?

I got to go practice with David and Colin yesterday, which was nice. I took it easy because of my Stupid Ankle, but I ran through my basic spear form and tore it up, so I'm not too worried about demoing with it on Thursday. I worked with Colin on spear basics, too, and I think he loves it even more now. W00t! Spear FTW.

Only bad part was that we were practicing on a high school turf field, and they locked the fence while we were practicing, thereby locking us in. I managed to gouge my hand while climbing over the fence to get out, and Colin totally laughed at me while I was stuck at the top of the fence, trying to figure out how to get over the rest of the way without screwing up my ankle. XD

After getting back, we watched Reefer Madness--as in, the more recent, musical version--and it was hilarious. I probably shouldn't have stayed up quite so late watching it, but it was worth it. So funny!

And in conclusion, the waldorf chicken salad at Rialto is made of win. <3

Tom has often said that he and I need to come up with a miracle diet book plan. The "standing on your head to eat" diet that consists of standing on your head while you eat and avoiding carbs on tuesdays.

*shakes head*

It AMAZES me what people will put themselves through to lose a few pounds without simply eating better and exercising. Unfortunately Americal Idol guy will probably be disgustingly successful.

The Rialto has really good food. I've had a couple different things in the times I've been there and have never been disappointed.

Even their fries are tasty. And I am a hard man to please when it comes to the french fried potatoes.
