It's pretty well established that I am not a morning person. No, REALLY not a morning person.

I also don't like meetings. So, you can probably imagine how I'd feel about having a meeting first thing in the morning, after I arrive at The Job.

You can also probably imagine how I felt when I arrived at the street corner just in time to see the MAX leave without me, because it came and went several minutes early.

And, you can probably figure out how I felt about having to go back and get my bike, and then pedal like crazy to get to work in time for the meeting. IN HEELS. And freezing my ass off. While biking into A GIGANTIC HEADWIND. FOR THE WHOLE TRIP.

So, I got to work, hands frozen and hair plastered to my forehead with sweat from biking so damned hard. Riding to work *never* normally makes me sweat that bad. And I wound up being LATE for the meeting. UGH UGH UGH.

Seriously, if you're ever going to give me any bad news, wait until after lunch. I just don't deal with things well early in the morning. ;p

Anyhoo, feeling better now, because it's Friday and I'm eating lunch.

So, here are pictures! I pulled this shoot together at the tail-end of April, for a magazine submission, and I had one hell of a time getting the team pulled together, but I wound up working with one of my longtime favorite designers for wardrobe, and Amy and Rachel tag-teamed it on makeup. I friggin' love all three of them, and they did such a rad job with styling!

Oh yeah, and if you watched the video I posted earlier in the week, this is the shoot that appears in it. :)

As far as the magazine submission goes, it looks like we're having one of the shots published, so w00t for us! (it's not one of the shots above, but I'll share it later) It's a non-exclusive agreement, too, so I could shop the set around to other places, too... there are more shots that are equally rad, I just don't have them posted yet.
