batskeetsSigh, it's Tuesday.
I went to gym and ran 2+ miles before practice yesterday, and the indoor track was packed to the gills with rude people who do not understand how the walk/jog/run lane system works. I understand that people want to walk along with their friends and have a chat, but, um, you can do that anywhere, and you can do it without obstructing people who actually want to get a hard workout. :p
Also, running with Mr. iPod is tons better than running without! Music gets me moving like nothing else, and just having a rhythm to match makes the whole thing flow more nicely. Or, at the very least, it distracts me from the part of my brain that says, "I'm tiiiiiired, can we stop running already?" Heh.
On a less cheerful note, I noticed, upon getting in the car after work yesterday, that there's a pretty nasty crack in the lower left corner of my windshield, and I have no clue how it got there. There weren't any chips in the glass there, so I don't know how it would've gotten started. Grrrrr. :p
