batskeetsWelp, for that (in)famous Day of Romance yesterday, guess what I did? I ate dinner, watched TV, and killed stuff in WoW! ::rotfl::
Seriously, though, it was okay by me just keeping it low-key. I'm too broke to do anything fancy-schmancy like go to dinner--I don't get paid until Friday,YAY :p--and I've been exhausted the past couple of days, so a quiet evening was definitely welcome.
Also, the WoW playtime was surprisingly good. Among other things, I went into Alterac Valley for the first time in forever, and happened to catch it as it was just starting. Previously, my few AV experiences had been what basically amounted to 2-3 hours of completely haphazard HK farming on the bridge to Dun Baldar--which, basically, means that the Alliance will lose horrible--but this time? A competent player took charge of the raid, I and the rest of the people in the raid actually worked together, and the Alliance side actually WON it in just over an hour! Yeah, I about died of shock when that happened. ::rotfl:: It was actually really awesome and a lot of fun, and there is a glimmer of hope in my heart that maybe, just maybe, the Alliance side on Azgalor doesn't completely suck. ;p
Oh yeah, I made Knight-Lieutenant as of yesterday's server maintenance. BOO-YAH!
Today is shaping up to be pretty nice. I pried myself out of bed at 7:30a, so my morning was actually kind of relaxing. No more snow, but the sun is back, so even though it's freezing cold, the sun's keeping my mood up. :) I bought Ben a coffee with my Starbuck's gift card earlier--yes, I am still feeling stupid about puking in their bathroom--and we had a nice chat. divadrummer. I'm looking forward to wushu tonight, yay! Hopefully my legs won't be all jello-y like they were on Monday.

This sounds like an interesting idea, although I don't know how much truth there is to the rumor: Apple is quietly preparing something huge...
