I'm *finally* putting up the Geocaching pictures from July 4th weekend. They turned out pretty groovy, and I heart my camera. Check them out!

Another interesting way to help out hurricane victims: people are donating $1 for each LJ comment they receive. The originator seems to have run out of room in his budget for more comments, but others seem to be picking up the torch. :)

What's geocaching?

Did you ever play Oregon Trail in elementary school? That's the first thing I think of whenever I pass by Odell Lake. ;D "You've Caught a Dolly Varden!"

I guess it's kind of like treasure hunting but with a GPS... people hide a cache, usually in a nature-ish area, you grab clues, coordinates, and such from the website and try to find it. Their official site (http://www.geocaching.com/).

And YES, I had Oregon Trail for my computer at home, IIRC. Heeheehee! :D
