batskeetsGizmo is back home and doing great! He's not quite as lively as usual, because he still has some medications that he needs to be taking for the next few days, so they make him a bit more sedate. But, he's much happier, and is moving around more easily and without pain. The only down side is that, during his overnight stay at the vet's office, they were feeding him canned dog food--duck liver flavor, I think--and it made his breath smell pretty rank, even for doggy breath.
Also, either the duck liver mush or the medication is making him more gassy than usual, which was a bit of a trial last night. It is no fun at all to be seconds away from sleep, only to be jolted awake by the pungent aroma of doggy fart.
It is even less fun when this phenomenon repeats itself every 5-to-10 minutes for the next half hour. ;p

Kids who stay up too late, be careful in your posting habits, lest you get smacked down by your mom on the WoW Forums. ::rotfl:: Aaahahahaa. :D
Speaking of WoW, I got on last night and racked up some HKs. :D I was running around as Wink, when the Hordies hit Refuge Pointe; so I rolled out Fiz and tried to lend a hand. It's rather nice to have a character who isn't completely worthless against a 60. Fiz is still pretty worthless, since I'm only a 48 and I suck at PvP, but there were instances when I actually made a difference, much to my surprise. Whee!
You have no idea how tempted I am to skip out on going to the gym and making dinner for the rest of the week, in favor of spending that time sitting on my butt, playing WoW, and shoving Cheetos into my face.
But, I'm not going to. Because I do, apparently, have some lingering sense of responsibility. And, it's probably better if I don't allow my ass to grow to a size that rivals a small planetoid.

Anyway, work's going along much better than yesterday. I'm accomplishing things at a more respectable rate. And, it's time I fed my face, so I can continue to accomplish things.
Employers tend to like it when you accomplish things, after all. :)
Also, cross your fingers and toes, so that I might pull down a stunning One Dart victory. I almost did it with an 18, yesterday! But then the last guy shot a 20. Feh. :p
