I did my taxes on Sunday. I am getting a lousy $200 or so, between state and federal refunds. This probably seems like a lot to a student, but it's less than what I've gotten in past years.
The movie expedition failed on Friday night, partly because we got out the door later than we should have, and partly because everyone was pretty tired. So, we wound up seeing Miss Congeniality 2 yesterday, and it was pretty okay. It was missing a lot of the charm of the first movie, but it had its moments, and was cute enough for one viewing. And, dude, William Shatner. So funny.

junsiew; it was pretty awesome. The styling of the movie made it feel more like a comic book or a cartoon than a live-action movie, which was probably good, because I can see where some people might be freaked out by the storylines. Put that with the sometimes-cheesy dialogue, and it's easier to put some distance between the film and real life. Also: Clive Owen looks pretty smokin' in black-and-white.
T-shirts haven't happened yet, but hopefully soon. I'm trying to locate some embroidery backing for my super-awesome stencil process... I may have to drive out to JoAnn Fabrics, which I was kind of hoping to avoid, because it's at the complete opposite end of town from my place. But, I know I was able to get it there last time, so at least it's a pretty sure bet.
Sad news: Inaho's motherboard bit the dust on Saturday morning. This would be even sadder news if I hadn't put Alphonse together recently, but it still kind of blows. Having two WoW-ready computers in the house was super-great, but now? Blargh.
Anyway, blargh, it's Monday. Stupid Monday.
