batskeetsGeh, I have to start posting during the day instead of after work... I spend too much time screwing around after I get home as it is. :p
So, I finally met with my new trainer, and I like her so far... on the phone she sounded very overly-perky, pumped-up, and bleached-blonde, but fortunately, she turned out to be none of those things! ::rotfl::
But, then I learned that she's getting married on the 24th, and I got a bit annoyed at that. You see, the reason that I was given a new trainer to begin with was because my *first* trainer got married and went to friggin' Hawaii for his honeymoon. (he still hasn't come back yet) Said wedding was also what led to him cancel my second appointment, which is why I had to wait another *two weeks* until I got a time slot today with the new trainer.
This new person seems more reliable, and doesn't sound like she has a marathon-length honeymoon planned, so I have hope. But, if I'm going to be constantly passed off from trainer to trainer, I'll be filing many a complaint in the coming weeks. :p
I ran into Reen at the store today--I hadn't seen her in a while, so I thought she might have finally fled Eugene, but no, she's just been promoted to a managerial position. Anyway, she told me that Ty is apparently having a barbeque on Sunday, so I might actually go to that for a bit. She didn't know when it started, though, and I also realized much later that although I know where Ty's building is, I can't recall his apartment number. Heh.
My day pretty much disappeared after that. I cleaned for a while, had dinner, did some miscellaneous tidying, and then it was time to go to work. I really should start getting up earlier. Feh!
